Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA complaint was wrongly identified, you may submit a counter-notification.

The counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its prior location.
  2. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information, including full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA complaint.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers
